All of our Beef and Poultry are USDA ( United States Department of Agriculture) inspected. We buy our beef from local distributors such as County Distributors, Poultry Products, Agar Foods, Kayem Foods, Chicopee Provision. We sell only the freshest Grade "A" poultry brought in daily from Waybest Chicken located in South Windsor,CT.
We have a wide variety of specialty items such as French meat pies, chicken pot pies, scallop and scrod pies. A whole line of homemade gravies to go over the items you purchase. With every sale comes free advise on how to prepare your meals.
